Pamela Ann Heinley, age 64 of East End, took her last breath this side of Heaven at Baptist Hospital Little Rock, surrounded by her family, and entered through those pearly gates on July 31st, 2025. She was born August 31st, 1960 to Charlotte Ann Bradford in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She graduated from Mills High School and later went on to meet the love of her life, Jeff; They married on June 19th, 1982 and what an amazing love story they shared. Together through every high, every low, through every difficult moment and every proud moment, they built a beautiful family full of life and love. Pam enjoyed visiting the beaches of Florida, and the banks of Lake DeGray where so many memories were made with Jeff and her family. She was an avid Elvis fan and loved her visits to Graceland. But most of all, her favorite past time was spent with her grandchildren. Not only was she always present for their events, but also for extended family and friend events every chance she got. She was Momma, Grammy, and Aunt Pam to so many. Her home was always a warm welcome to all.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories and beautiful legacy, her daughter, Tahmika Nichole Bertrand (Anthony) of East End; her son, Dustin Patrick Heinley (Jennifer) of East End; her brother, Bill Bradford (Susie) of Cabot; her grandchildren, Brianna Bertrand, Ethan Lines, Peyton Bertrand, Blake Heinley; sister-in-law Rebecca Hizer (Tom) of Maryville, TN, sister-in-law Olivia Heinley of Bauxite, and a host of extended family, adopted children and friends.
Pam is preceded in death by the love of her life, Jeff Heinley; her mother, Charlotte Bradford and several other friends and family.
At her request, Pam was cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday, August 31st, 2025 at 2 P.M. at East Union Baptist Church with Brother Paul Roberts officiating. Please join us after the service for fellowship and food at the Heinley residence at 21112 Cole Road, Hensley, AR 72065. Come as you are, pull up a chair.
A big thank you to all the outstanding staff of doctors and nurses on the Baptist ECMO and CCU units for their compassionate and extraordinary care of both Pam and our family.

Pam was the closest, most loyal, trustworthy, dedicated, caring ‘best buddy’ that I have ever been blessed with in my entire life! To say that she was one of a kind is such an understatement. Pam was full of love for all of her family and friends. She was dedicated to Jeff, her devoted husband; Mika and Dustin, her fantastic children; and Ethan, Brianna, Peyton, and Blake, her wonderful grandchildren. God truly blessed me to have Pam as my dearest friend for many years. Rest in peace, dear Pam.
Love you bunches….Miss T

Pam was always so very sweet and kind to me. I know she is forever smiling hugging Jeff again, and will continue to watch over her family. Prayers for comfort in knowing where she is now, and big hugs when you see her in the clouds🙏❤️
I remember going with Charlotte and Pam to all the little beauty pageants she had Mika entered in. We had so much fun. I took a million pictures of Mika at the park by the river for a portfolio. I remember when Pam fell in love with Jeff. We would talk for hours about how much she loved him. They were truly made for each other. I have so many wonderful memories that makes this a little easier. She is happier now with her mom and Jeff and many other family members. I love you all so much. Doris
We love you Aunt Pam always and forever. You were a cherished blessing to us all.
Sweet, Sweet Angel Pam…I thank God when we had the ultimate pleasure meeting you, seeing you often, and getting those HUGS and hearing your laughter. YOU, PAM, were the dearest and most loyal BF to my sister, Brenda, who absolutely treasured YOU as her best friend. Pam was a most loving and faithful person who spent her life taking care of others before and after Jeff went to Heaven. Pam took care of everyone else but herself! Pam is finally resting in peace with Jeff. We were so very blessed to have known Pam. I will see you again in Heaven.
