R.V. Wood, 91, of Bearden passed away on September 18, 2019. He was born in Junction City, Arkansas on June 9, 1928 to the late Blumer and Stella Wood.
He attended Bethesda Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Camden, Arkansas. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict.
He is preceded by his loving wife Juanita (Wilson) Wood; brothers Donald Wood, Dale Wood, and Harry Wood; and a grandson Andrew Steelman.
R.V. is leaving behind his loving family his children Mike Wood and Doug Wood (Lisa) both of Bearden, Arkansas, Debbie Burkholder (Terry) of Wichita, Kansas, and Roger Wood of Camden, Arkansas; a sister Pauline Storey (Dean) of El Dorado, Arkansas; a host of grand and great-grandchildren; his faithful companion Stormy; and a host of family and friends.
Graveside visitation and service will be on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Moss Hill Cemetery, Bearden, Arkansas. Arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas. 501-982-3400

Uncle RV I love you with all my hearts you are going to be miss I know you are with aunt Juanita now so I know you are happy so RIP.
He is in the loving arms of our who thou in heaven no more worries about what is going on and better he now know truly in God who he is.
