Kai Lynn Theaderman, age 74, was born on October 16, 1950, in Dallas, TX. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on September 10, 2025.
She was a devoted nurse and served as an LPN for many years.
She is survived by one son, Sam (Julie) Neal; one brother, Larry (Pam) Neal; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her cat, Precious, who never left her side; and numerous friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Theaderman, and by her mother, Ruth Neal.
