Melinda Lee Tenison, age 57, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on October 9, 2024. She was born in Wayne, Michigan on October 26, 1966 to parents Reuben Olen Day and Lennie Carolyn (Inman) Day.
Melinda is preceded in death by her father, Reuben Day.
She is survived by her husband Mark Gregory Tenison; her mother Lennie Day; two siblings Jeff (Ginger) Day and Tracy (Jose) Day-Rivera; nieces and nephews Cassidy Tenison, Emma Scales, Megan Runyon, Luke Scales, Brandon Runyon, Carson Runyon, and Ethan Scales; along with her fur babies Mali and Gracie.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm at East Side Baptist Church in Lonoke. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 10:00am at East Side Baptist Church.
Memorials can be sent to your local animal shelter in Melinda’s honor.
